So happy someone recommended this to me! I’ve been falling into the Deliveroo trap a bit too much trying to balance a busy kids and work schedule, and after trying some other meal delivery services that were a bit labour intensive. These meals are as tasty as Deliveroo meals, quicker, healthier and much better value. Game changer

"Convenient, tasty and healthy"

I live alone and so it's inconvenient to cook for one person, Prep Kitchen make it easy for me to eat tasty and healthy food. I like how I can freeze the food and microwave it when I need it which only takes a few minutes. So far I'm enjoying the variety of dishes and the options for portion sizes, I found that the high protein option is the right choice for me.
The only criticism I have is that the plastic sleeve can be so difficult to take of, I usually end up having to use a knife. I understand it's to insure the freshness of the food but if there's a way of having both, that would be amazing.

"Horrible taste, low quality, not fresh, comes damaged. "

Me and my partner ordered 5 meals each to try. First of all, no where in the ordering process it is mentioned it is a subscription and how long it will last. The food came damaged, 2 out of 5 meals of my partner were damaged by the ice pockets they use. They must have simply thrown them without care. The food is of poor quality, horrible taste and smell. I have tried 2 and couldn't make myself to finish it. My partner is a nurse, and she took one to work for a night shift. When she opened the pack she discovered that vegetables were not fresh. She ended up starving at work, as the food was not edible. Please stay away from this service.

I ordered a big order, lunches and dinner for 2 for 7 days.
The order was supposed to come on Sunday and it never arrived. Prep Kitchen never thought to email me and inform me that my order had been cancelled. The order was cancelled for NO reason!!!
I did not do my big weekly shop as my order was coming on the Sunday and ready for the Monday.
Not impressed!

"They should be ashamed of their…"

They should be ashamed of their business practices silently raising the price of the product to double the initial cost within 4 weeks is shameful. Cancelling the subscription is so difficult and a red flag of a company who put taking money from customers Higher than the customer satisfaction. Some meals came in a plain plastic tub without outside packaging so I had no idea what it was.

Quick delivery.
Excellent selection of meals to choose from.
Much better portion size than other prepped meals we have tried and the meat actually looks like real meat and not the mechanically recovered variety other companies seem to use.
A couple of our meals had damaged packaging and within minutes of emailing Gemma at prepkitchen, they had organised to send out replacements, very impressed with their customer service!
Will be reordering.
