I'm really pleased with the service prep kitchen provides. The meals are high quality, healthy and taste great. They arrive in a box in these neat plastic packaging which doesn't take up too much space in the fridge. There's lots of meals to choose from with new ones continuing to be added. All the meals are either 3 Minutes in the microwave or 15 Minutes in the oven, me personally prefer putting them in the oven as I think food taste better in the oven though I tried a microwave one and it still tasted good, this comes in handy when I'm tired and can't be bothered waiting. And one of the things I love most is the meals are ready prepared unlike other meal delivery services I've tried where you have to make the meal yourself from scratch. Plus I think the pricing is affordable at £6 per meal, and you have the option of a minimum of 5 meals and can add extra ones on top. I go for 6 meals a week. The delivery is always good as well no problems at all. So 5 stars from me thankyou Prep kitchen P.S I recommend the Jamaican jerk chicken rice and peas with plantain, I have Jamaican family so I'm familiar with the dish and what I love is it tasted authentic similar to what my Great Grandma used to cook, brought back some wonderful memories :)

Love our Prep meals, the quality and quantity of the meat is excellent, great flavours - I have not even needed to add salt & pepper! Plenty of menu choices and very easy to manage on a week by week basis. 👌❤️

I can’t actually believe how tasty they are, even when defrosted/cooked from frozen. Genuinely surprised as this is the first prep food that I’ve tried - I’ll be sticking with them!
