"I have been with Prep Kitchen a few…"

I have been with Prep Kitchen a few weeks now and can say I am happy with the meals. There is not a big range to choose from every week but you will always find something you like. There have been a couple of meals I didn't like but that's just my preference and nothing to do with Prep Kitchen. The portion sizes are pretty good and quite tasty. Been disabled it's easier for me to buy pre made meals. The only issue I have is trying to open them once cooked as it's really hard to pull the lids off so have to use a knife, that's just me being picky. All round, I would recommend them and hopefully I'll stay with them for some time.

After having other subscription meal services I was dubious that these would be any good and presumed the portion size would be too small or the meals would be salty. We have found the meals to be on par price wise with other subscription services, the portions are fine as the meals are nutrionally balanced and high in protein to keep you full. None of the meals are too salty either so our expectations have been exceeded and we will continue to use. The app is user friendly and the email reminder to choose your meals is a big help.

We are a busy family of 5 and use these meals for easy options on nights where we have sports. My boys enjoy them and I find they are a great addition to my training.

If I were to change one things it’s the sleeves. After transporting and obviously getting damp they very rarely come off in one and have to be picked off before placing in the microwave.

"Really good "

Been purchasing these meals for a month now and I have lost approx 6 pounds in weight. The meals are filling, tasty and full of protein. I don’t find myself snacking throughout the day. The prices of the meals are great too, they’re cheaper than a meal prep shop if I was doing it myself & it saves me time as not having to stand and cook myself. Highly recommended.

"Prep kitchen has been great for me"

Prep kitchen has been great for me. I am trying to lose weight for a wedding & was finding calorie counting & the thought of protein etc overwhelming! The fact that they can be scanned into Myfitnesspal so easily has been so helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to eat healthier & doesn’t know where to start. The meals are so tasty that you wouldn’t know you’re dieting. The pancakes especially!

I’d prefer if you did 7 meals as an option as I don’t have freezer space & 10 are too many to last the dates and 3 is not worth buying.
As a disabled person though the packaging is great I find it hard to get in and one fell over the floor.
They are tasty but a little to expensive for every week though they’ve really helped me when I’m too tired to cook
