Prep kitchen is by far my favorite pre made delivery meal. I love the sort of different meals they offer and how filling they are. The packing is nice and easy to pop in the microwave and eat straight away. They stay fresh in the freezer until I want to eat that week.

"Very pleased with the food quality"

Very pleased with the food quality, taste and the overall service. Most of the meals I’ve had have been delicious - they are really well made and thought out meals. I’ve lost weight while eating them but also seem to be keeping or increasing muscle mass simultaneously. The choice is excellent, the food arrives in well packaged and cold boxes, the boxes are themselves recycled and so good quality I’ve kept a few for other uses. Easy to change orders and pause restart is simple. Excellent

"Prep Kitchen is brilliant "

I started using Prep Kitchen a few months ago and love the meals. They have plenty of options for all dietary requirements, new meals are added regularly and they notify you in plenty of time to update your choices so you don’t end up with meals you don’t want. You can change the number of meals you require each month so you don’t have to stick with 10 meals if that’s what was chosen in your first order. Prep Kitchen has helped me make sure I get the nutrients I need with no effort and their meals are healthy and tasty. Would recommend to everyone.

"Best meal delivery in the world.."

Best meal delivery in the world..i used to try another one which were healthy but not as tasty and i used to not look forward to eating. But oh my god.. why was i not with you earlier. The food is SO SO SO tasty. I am in love with the cod with olives and aubergine how creative? Who thought of this. The size of the cod is perfect and i loveeee the burrito chicken bowl. The food is so so tasty and ive stopped ordering take aways and my family commented on my healthy eating habits.
I order so much every week. The chef makes the best food and the team always are helpful. I hope prep kitchen grows and we can see smoothies, breakfast pots such as chia pudding etc in future.
Try it just once you will never go to another meal delivery again. Easy sign up and easy cancel but you wont want to cancel.
This also works out cheaper than making your own dishes from scratch to be honest.
Theres nothing more worth investing in than your health and yourself. Please dont ever change your meals x

"Tailored, prepared and made for your convenience and taste…"

Plenty of lovely food choices tailored to preference ie: weight loss, muscle gain, protein boost and great tasting food. It’s super convenient, especially for someone on the go and living alone, I don’t have to worry if I’ve forgotten to get something out or too tired to cook from scratch. The Food is well packaged and can be cooked from fresh or frozen. I choose between 5-10 meals as I still like cooking too so have the best of both worlds each month. The cost is competitive to similar companies but I would say there is a lot of care and effort which has gone into these meals and they are ready made for you, no cooking involved.. Highly recommended.

"Super convenient! "

These meals are great, my brother has even started having them. So convenient and tasty, the only reason I have gave 4 stars is because I had a meal which was rather spicy and not labelled as being spicy on the site - my stomach is quite sensitive but luckily this did not upset me. We all live such busy lives and if you're someone who settles for beans on toast out of convenience then try these meals!

Prep Kitchen takes all the hassle out of maintaining healthy meal choices during a busy working week. I work long hours and this has been the best thing I have signed up to, having tried things like hello fresh and gusto before. The meals are tasty, affordable (way cheaper than other places) and varied. Whether it is meals to help you lose weight or bulk up, they tailor the meals to suit you. No one size fits all! The meals have a decent 'use by' date so you don't run the risk of ordering for the week and then finding they all need to be eaten by mid week!
The website is easy to use to make any changes to your meals. I love Prep Kitchen, wish I had found this a year ago!

"Poor service and quality "

I am already tired of this service that is just a money grab with poor quality food.

I have ordered and received a box with 2 meals completely smashed which forces me to actually buy groceries and cook, which defeats the purpose of this service.

Moreover when I contacted them via chat they kept pretending that they did not understand what I was saying.

When I find out that an additional meal was damaged (I didn’t notice at first because it was between the plastic and the label) I contacted them again and they willingly ignored my email, making sure I didn’t cancel anything before the renewal date.

I have requested a refund for a service not received and they are ignoring it.

Since there is simply no way to get anything resolved by contacting them I have now cancelled the subscription and I’ll go with a service that can deliver quality and respects their customers
