Really liking the choice of meals. They are substantial and filling.
I have 2 a day for lunch because I am trying to bulk up at the gym.
What I don't like is the 'peel off' top film is absolutely not peel off! I have yet to have a meal where it's easy to peel off.

Meals are tasty and fresh, although can sometimes be a tiny bit inconsistent if I’m being picky. The portions are ideal for my current goals, however I would like to pay a little bit less if I’m honest.
Overall happy with the meals and would definitely recommend.

"Wrong order"

I ordered food from prep kitchen about a month ago. While the food was extremely delicious, I received 4 items of my menu that were wrong. I had ordered Vegetarian items and instead I got Fish. While I sometimes eat fish, my partner is deadly allergic to seafood. And given the Fish came in the same packaging, I was let down by the experience.

Good quality and a real time saver. Let’s face it - this is never going to be as cheap as cooking for yourself. But for the time I save, and the variety of meals I get, it’s well worth the price. Much better than supermarket ready meals as well. Not all meals are 10/10, but I’m okay with that

This is our third week of using Prep Kitchen and it's honestly so good! Saves us so much time shopping and being undecided what to make for dinner every night. The food is very tasty and each recipe offers something different every dinner time. It's also great value for the meals and helps with tracking your nutritional targets.
