PrepKitchen made meal prep incredibly easy! I loved having my meals delivered fresh every week, ready to heat and eat in minutes. It’s perfect for my busy schedule. At first, I was quite skeptical about the idea of meal delivery services. It all seemed a bit too good to be true. However, after giving it some thought and devising my own meal plan, I’m really pleased that I decided to give it a try. The primary reason I chose PrepKitchen was because of its endorsement by Eddie Hall, which gave me confidence in the quality and effectiveness of the service.

I've tried a few companies and they have the tastier food in decent-sized portions. However, I've had delivery issues twice. I live in a building and despite my delivery instructions to not leave the parcel at the entrance lobby and the fact that I was home when they tried to deliver, it was left unattended at the lobby and it got stolen. I sent them an email and they promptly refunded me, so there are no issues with Prep Kitchen, but the delivery company they use doesn't follow delivery instructions.

"Order never arrived, no customer service help"

This was my first order from Prep Kitchen. On the delivery day (yesterday), I noticed on the DPD tracking link that my order was on its way back to Prep Kitchen. I was able to reach Prep Kitchen through the Live Chat and was told that my order was damaged and that a new one would be sent out the day after. I thought, ok problem solved.

This morning, I checked the new tracking link from DPD and AGAIN my order is being sent back. I tried Live Chat, not available. I sent an email, no response. I found a phone number on their Instagram, just get an automated message that no agents are available and the call gets cut off.

I have no idea why my order is being sent back again nor am I getting any communication from Prep Kitchen (I had to find out myself by checking the DPD tracking link that there was an issue). This is very frustrating as I paid for a service that is not being delivered.

Once I (hopefully) get through to someone from customer service, I will be requesting a full refund as this is now a waste of time and I have had to spend extra money now to cover the lost meals.


EDIT: I just had a phone call with Ashley and she was very helpful and apologetic. I was offered a refund and a free box to restore some faith in the company. So added a star for customer service but can't review the food.

Second edit: the third 'delivery' was EXACTLY the same. My box never arrived and was sent back to Prep Kitchen. They really should consider another delivery company... customer service offered to send another one out, but I've honestly lost all trust in anything being delivered.

I found the meals tasty, did not have any problems with the deliveries, all good packed. Would be using often if any discounts for the couples would be offered as buying for 2 people makes it a bit expensive.

"Filling balanced meals"

The meals are tasty and fresh, as well as really well balanced and filling. I've also started getting the breakfasts too.
Easy to manage subscription and great packaging and delivery.
It's really helpful that the meals all need the same amount of time to heat!

Really impressed with prep kitchen. I'm too busy to make nutritious food every day so thought I'd try them. Every meal is delicious! Fresh and plenty of fridge time on the dates of each meal. 100% recommend!

One tiny gripe is the meals cannot be accessed by using the little tab to lift in the corner. You cannot get into the meals without using a knife or scissors which is annoying. Once I though the food is banging.

For starters it comes with the meals just thrown in the box and looks like a mess when you open the meals.

Disgusting food never have I had a meal come out the other side so fast if you know what I mean.

Every other meal prep company sends the food in an oven proof dish that you can just throw straight in the oven and it’s fine not this company though no can’t even get the film off without cutting it open and not safe to use in the oven or microwave.

Waste of time and money. Talks a good game but the final result was terrible.

The food is very tasty with good size portions. I would like to see menus where I can choose the daily calorie amount.
