"Dubious at first"

Dubious at first, however, each meal has been very nice. Portion sizes are on the smaller side (for me but I eat a lot) but for the price they are fair. Boiler man by day (and often night recently) so was forever ordering takeaway when finishing late. These are a perfect substitute and will be continuing my subscription if the next few weeks meals are as good as the first weeks!

Good product, at a fair price. Average about 40-50g protein and 600-700 calories per meal. (I choose the muscle gain version). Would 100% recommend for anyone struggling to find time to eat properly!

I've used Prep Kitchen for a while and I must say their food is the best I've had from any meal prep company.

Although you need a knife to get into them, I 100% would rather use a knife to get to my fresh meals than have to freeze half on arrival!

I've been using Prep Kitchen for months now and am very happy with the quality of the food. Portions are good for me and my partner, who find we tend to overeat if left to our own devices. I always cut the meals open and put them in a bowl/plate before microwaving so there's no hot plastic and no struggle with the lids.
Would love to see more sustainable coolpacks!

The meals are delicious! I was a bit skeptical at first, but I'm so glad I went ahead with the trial—now I’m hooked. It helps me stay on top of my macros, and I actually look forward to each meal. I can’t do bland food, so I’m thrilled that these meals are packed with flavor!

"Better than what I could cook from scratch."

Their satay noodles is probably the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth, but everything else they've sent to me has been wonderful. Lots of protein, lots of variety, some options to adjust your calories/macros.
I've been using them for just over a month now, and their a/b weekly meal plan means I'm not bored of the same food week after week and there's usually something new to try on the menu too.
Everything I've received has been better than what I could cook myself, and I am at least, a competent cook.
Foods from diverse cultures so there's something for everyone. Who knows, maybe there's someone out there who even loves the satay noodles.

"Not careful with meal preps"

I have tried Frive(lions prep), simmer and prep kitchen and I can say prep kitchen is by far the best out of the 3, except for their packaging which needs a knife to open.

Sadly, one of my meals came with a piece of aluminum paper/some sort of foil.

Conclusion: cook your own food, do not trust kitchens you can't see or ratings you don't know their origin.

I have tried another well know company who also do ‘ready meals’ and I have to say taste wise these far exceed them, the meals really taste homemade. On a cautionary note beware of the Firecracker dish, it blew my head off, I couldn’t eat it all it was so hot but other than that 5 stars.
