" Praise for Prep Kitchen"

We’ve been using Prep Kitchen for some months now. The meals are of a uniform high standard and in both taste and nutritional value represent quality at an affordable price. Deliveries (via DPD) are always on time, and when on one occasion only we had a minor dispute over packaging it was resolved with courtesy and expedition (and ON A SUNDAY!) As you may gather, my wife and I are fans. Excellent!

The meals are well balanced for my protein and carb needs, always delivered on time and taste excellent. There is a great variety of meals and the website makes changing anything you need to very easy.

I decided to use prep meals because I was not eating properly due to my family all having different work patterns, cooking was nightmare as I was buying food that went in the bin if they didn’t eat it (eaten at work etc). Since doing this for over a month now, always with prep kitchen, I have lost a stone in weight! The meals can be frozen if not eaten in time and if any issues with prep kitchen they are extremely fast to respond and rectify! I have figured out how to use the website and tailor my menu choice to my taste! Very happy to date and I will continue to use. Thank you

"Delicious Meals Affordable Pricing"

I've been ordering from Prep Kitchen for a month now, and although prior to ordering I was unsure if this would be a one week thing, I'm now 5 weeks into ordering. The meals come delivered on time each week and are well packed and secured. The meals are delicious with so much variety to pick from. I've not been disappointed with any meals. I'm now looking forward to each meal times.

It's been my third pack from prepkitchen, and I would say yum. The first experience wasn't brilliant either packaging or courier left the meals like it was in a washing machine. Fair play to prepkitchen they asked for a picture on there chat portal and sorted it straight away. Since then food flavour and experience is 5 star ⭐. I have been telling my friends about it. Just hope they keep making more flavouring meals.

I'm a tradesman and have been bodybuilding for decades. I wanted a solution to me having to buy food on the go all day. As someone who eats more than the normal person it can be quite expensive.

I saw an advert on Instagram and decided to give it a try.

Saving money.
I normally struggle to get consistent supermarket shops in due to work. So 'nipping to the shops for bits' happens regularly. Most of which gets wasted or expires.

Having a balanced meal in a box ready to go is brilliant. I can plan my full week ahead and not waste a single meal.

Saving time.
I can understand meal prep doesn't work for everyone. In my day to day, I eat 5 or six times. I simply don't have time to prep all that food. I can reach into the fridge and grab all the meals and snacks I need and off I go. No bulky tupperwear rotting in Cupboards!

Options.
I love that you can chop and change your next order ahead of time. All the meals are delicious but I like to chose my favourite ones and sometimes try new ones.

I have the higher protein muscle gain option. Huge amounts of protein per portion, filling but never heavy on your stomach.

Customer service.
I've been with prep kitchen nearly a month. I really enjoy it. My order get shipped and arrives on Sundays. The carrier sometimes likes to wrestle my box now and then which of course is out of pre kitchen's hand and more to do with the driver's finesse.

When raised with prep kitchen, the team got back to me straight away and handled it swiftly and professionally.

I'll definitely continue and I'd encourage anyone on the fence to give it a try and see the benefits.

I 'm 3 weeks in and can't fault the service or the meals! The food is genuinely so full of flavour, it saves me so much time without having to meal prep or wash up or even go shopping, I feel like it's just an absolute life hack that I'm so greatful for!

The whole ordering process was straightforward. The meals were bigger than expected and we're really good. I chose the low carb options, felt there was a good choice.

Nearly all the meals i have tried have been great - the chicken tikka masala’s is the best Fakeaway!

Could have a bit more variety each week.
