Great tasting meals which actually work in helping to lose weight. Numerous meals to choose from and swap each week according to taste. Hardly visit a supermarket now. For me it is a win win, meals ready in 3 minutes, tasty food, delivered and no more weekly supermarket shop.

As an older client I love the choice of the meals and ease of use. As I am not so active it’s great that there’s a choice of fat loss meals. My son recommended these meals to me, very pleased with the excellent service.

Experience 1st box 13th and 2nd box 20th October'24 (boxes of 10).

I went for the low carb options, I think - the delivery/duration etc. Great! Pricing I'm unsure of due to the portion size of the meals I had.

1 - Meals were very salty, with lack of taste/seasoning - for me they didn't taste as expected - lasagne or Chicken Tikka for example.
2 - Meal portion sizes I thought were odd, table spoon of rice or veg (not serving spoon, but table spoon), 1 inch of plantain in a dish, dry carrots etc.
3 - Dishes were mushy, like mushy rice, veg, overcooked, pasta sheets in the lasagne not nice, limp veg other than carrots being dry, in this case the pasta didn't appear to be salted, the sauce didn't taste of anything.
4 - I know they come in pre packed dishes, but so do a lot of microwave dishes, other brands managed to get the pasta consistency right, also the presentation within the packs, mine appeared to have been flung together, mushed, some dished (Chicken Tikka, was fairly empty, compared to the packaging it was in).
5 - One thing the chicken breast goujon pieces were on point, seasoning not great as above but cooked well.
6 - Not a fan if the sauces in the dishes

I did get a stomach ache from 3 of the dishes, unfortunately.
I cancelled the subscription and gave my dishes to another family member... I wanted to try an alternative to cooking, this one wasn't for me - Portion size vs price not great, unless I was on the promotional portion size option.

Annoyed I couldn't cancel the 2nd box, but there we are, never mind.

Leading a busy life and being the only one in the house that cooks often lead us to the takeaway menu, but not anymore!
These meal are quick, easy, tasty and HEALTHY!
I was somewhat sceptical that these would fill my partner but they do, so no snacking into the evening and no racing to the kitchen the following morning because you don’t wake up ravenous either!
We’re four weeks in now, and we’ve up our weekly meal subscriptions and cancelled our other meal box subscription.

Prep kitchen is my go to meal prep company I’ve tried other but the meals from prep kitchen are amazing a lot more tasty then other company’s I’ve tried I get 10 meals every week I’ve used it for about 2 months now and I’ve not comes across a meal I don’t like and it’s so easy to pick and choose what u like or they can randomise it for you if you want.
Best meal company out there, easyly.

Cant argue with the food, very tasty. I get the priciest meals and am satisfied with them.

I've been ordering from Prep Kitchen for a while now, the service is really good and the meals are very tasty. Used to order from another company but they let me down then found Prep Kitchen and never looked back!

I love the meals I get, actually look forward to eating everyday! I'm chronically ill and struggle to cook, but I eat really well so it's nice to be able to eat well and not have to do the prep work that kills my hands! Great customer service too!
