Overall, Prepkitchen offers fantastic, high-quality meals with great delivery, but improvements could be made in terms of meal longevity and meal quantity. Still, it’s a solid option for anyone looking for convenient, healthy meals with a bit of room for improvement.

Overall a good service and I enjoy most of the meals. Only 4* as the site itself could offer better flexibility in choosing snacks/breakfast items. It’s really hard to find the options for this and does come into effect until the 2nd week after you change the options unlike the main meals.

I’ve tried a number of meal prep companies and Prep Kitchen is one of the best. They are reasonably priced and use good quality ingredients. On top of this they also use sturdy packaging, with the other meal prep companies my deliveries would quite often arrive with at least 1 meal damage but theirs has not happened with any of my Prep Kitchen deliveries. The only negative I have is that a small amount of the meals are not as flavourful as I would like.

Excellent tasting, healthy food. It is so convenient for me, as a full time working mum, I often ‘forget’ to eat or rush for a quick less healthy option.
It’s good to able to pause subscription for a number of weeks if away from home.
