"Taste is nice but with over 30g in alot…"

Taste is nice but with over 30g in alot of meals , how’s this healthy balanced meals , only shows the carbs on menu until you receive them to find out how much sugar is in these meals, won’t be buying again

I have been using prep kitchen for 4 weeks now and I am loving the variety of meals. I have opted for the low calorie and low carb option to help me with my weight loss which is helping massively. All the meals I’ve had have been amazing and full of flavour. I highly recommend prep kitchen.

Very impressive service, higher protein meals are tasty and filling.
The labels could be easier to read and I’d like to be able to access the full list of ingredients when choosing.
I have a 1000W microwave and invariably had to cook them for longer than suggested (not a big deal).
I’d also like to add a personal plea to drop seed oils from the recipes.
