Let’s be honest I get these meals as I am too busy to prep my own.

The meals are tasty, portion size good, albeit, it took me time to adjust to the reduced calorific value of these meals.

If you don’t have time to prep your own meals and can afford to purchase these pre-prepared meals give it a whirl.

Game changing company for those who don't like to cook or don't have time but want to be healthy and achieve their fitness goals. The quality of the meals is 10/10. They don't always agree with my stomach but I think that's because I have a sensitive gut. A few issues with receiving the correct amount of meals each week but this is always quickly rectified. Would recommend

The meals are great. The meat quality is really high. We had one meal container split during delivery but they were quick to rectify the situation and gave us two extra meals the following week. They’ve made our busy lives so much easier!

Love the meals and the variety! Only downside I have found is the broccoli, chunks off hard stem is off putting.

I have subscribed to prepkitchen for almost one month. As I don't have the time to cook and wash dishes, it is very suitable for me. All I have to do is pop the meal into the microwave to heat up, and after around 3 minutes I'll have the meal ready. Meal choices are plenty, and the ingredients are meticulously listed down. Recomended.

"Great Quality and Bang Tasty…"

The meals are delicious and high quality. They are boxed and packaged well in addition with gel ice packs to keep them cool in transit along with thick brown paper wrap to help keep cold air in and around each meal. You will find there are so many options from which to choose. The platform for preferences and items for the week is easy to use, unlike some other platforms with different companies. It has been a pleasure to do business with these people and they will do all and beyond to help. Thank you PrepKitchen.
