The meals are tasty and not like other pre-prepared ones I have had in the past with the ingredients looking and tasting more like home cooked meals. Portion size has always been an issue for me so these are perfect to help me keep control of the amount I’m eating.

Meals are really tasty, I’ve tried things I wouldn’t normally try and it’s always delicious!! Courier company messed up our order one week, and I was refunded straight away and lots of extra treats added to my next box. I can’t fault Prep Kitchen :)

So far every meal has been very tasty this last week a chicken tikka masala blew me away.Ive found that most meals need longer cooking time than on the label.
As an older customer I must admit the instructions on the label could do with being larger so it’s easier for older folks to read.
