"A Must Try Meal Prep."

After using Prep Kitchen for about a month now, I can say the variety of dishes is amazing, well balanced and really delicious! The whole experience is super smooth, just pick the day you want them delivered and enjoy! The only bit of advice I have, is make sure you bring a sharp knife if you’re taking them to work, as the film on top is SUPER hard to remove, even after it’s been in the microwave.

Prep kitchen has been a game changer for me lately. I really struggle with remembering to buy food/cook for myself and often just skip meals, now I don’t need to think about it and have excellent tasty and healthy meals ready to go, just 4 mins in the microwave

I started ordering from Prepkitchen because I needed to eat proper meals as I had got into the habit of not cooking for myself due to low mood, this has helped me to eat a balanced diet and not wasting money buying food i wasn't eating!

"Good variety, but too expensive"

There’s a good variety of meals, I personally was having 10 meals per week. However, found some of the meals not great, and whilst you can reduce the meal amount, you’re still left with it getting quite samey. I’m fine with that, but for £75, or £60 with discount, it just didn’t feel like much value for money. £50 (£5 per meal) would be a price I’d have happily kept paying.

I have tried many meal subscriptions and Prep Kitchen is so far the tastiest. I was looking for something quick but tasty after a busy working day I didn’t want to go home and cook a healthy meal and Prep Kitchen has taken all the hard work away giving me more time to walk my dog and do the other things that go along with a weight loss journey. The meals are so tasty you would not believe they were healthy
