Currently renovating a house and these meals are a life saver. Not had one bad tasting meal, great portions and reasonable. Would definitely recommend!

All the meals have been really tasty, although some a little spicier than my personal preference. But it's really easy to remove the meals that aren't to your liking. The variety is excellent.

"Fresh and tasty."

I'm quite a picky eater so to find that I love every meal I have had so far is surprising. They are all super fresh and taste amazing.
I particularly like the Bolognese.
4 mins in the microwave and they taste like they have just been clocked from fresh.
The packaging is excellent and delivery is prompt. What is not to love.

"The meals weren’t long enough dated to…"

The meals weren’t long enough dated to warrant getting 7 meals a week. I tried my hardest to make sure I used them in order but there was always a wasted meal.
The flavours and ingredients weren’t great. Even meals with a few days left the vegetables were only just passable.
Customer services are brilliant however. I had a box stolen off my porch and was refunded within a few days.
Just sad that out of 7 meals. I only enjoyed 1/2.

I can’t fault these guys. At over 50yrs old and trying to be leaner and stronger this meal prep has been a life saver in order to achieve my correct macros. And its very difficult to find anyone that does the lower carbs 20-30gs per meal for cutting.
Most of all, the food tastes amazing. It prevents me from straying on to sweet stuff die to the fantastic flavours with in the meal. Thank you Prep Kitchen!

What can I say about Prep Kitchen other than that their meals are delicious and fresh, with such a good selection of food. It takes all the hassle out of worrying what to eat for me. The best food delivery company for sure.
