Best Food Prep company Ive tried!

"Quick, easy and delicious "

Being a single dad and running a pub it’s so difficult to find the time to cook, usually I just throw a bunch of frozen stuff in the air fryer which wasn’t helping my weight as i wasn’t watching my portion sizes and just used to eat everything that I put in there. Prep kitchen has helped me massively as I know the food I’m eating is not only delicious but nutritious too and I know once I’ve eaten the meal that’s enough for my goal of losing weight

Delivery is always from DPD and I get a 2 hour time slot on the morning of the delivery which is great

I’ve recommended this company to many of my friends and will continue to do so

A friend recommended Prep Kitchen to me and I can honestly say I haven't had a bad meal yet! If you're tracking your calories and/or protein these meals make it easy for you! I've had one issue but that was with DPD delivering to the wrong street in my village.

Good menu choice. Great delivery service. Easy to order and change orders each week. Plastic packaging is tough to get off though.

The meals are wholesome and tasty, although they are a bit pricey. The menu offers excellent choices for both breakfast and main meals. However, I do have one concern: I suffer from osteoarthritis in my hands and wrists, which makes it very difficult for me to remove the plastic film from each tray. I often have to use scissors to cut the film, and even after letting the meal sit for a minute after microwaving, the steam can still lightly burn my fingers. Using a towel to remove the film is also a challenge. While the food is delicious, the difficulty in removing the plastic cover is quite a hassle for me.

I tried a lot of food companies, but this one is one of the best. Just a little complaint, the portions of “losing weight” are really small. I tried the other one but it looks bigger, but still one of the best in terms of taste and shedule! !

Me and my husband love these meals. The variety is great and really tasty. My husband would usually complain of being hungry with a smaller portion but the amount of protein means no hunger at all! We are both really busy and not having to think about what to have to eat is a dream!
We have both also lost nearly a stone, would definitely recommend.

"Honest Pros & Cons "

The delivery was on time, so was happy for that, altho would be better if the delivery company gets in touch when they leavi g the parcel out.

When it comes to meals they are very tasty and good portions, but despite I asked for low carbs it seems to have quite a lot of pasta like dishes in it, which could be replaced by a protein pasta or low conjack or something else. Also less sulfates would be better, as it can be a hidden irritant for IBS people.

I do not mind the 5 days expiration date as I storrage most of it in the freezer and just pull out the meals I will eat on the day that morning.

There is just one big thing Prep Kitchen should realy consider and that is - eco friendly packaging! Instead plastics. Maybe it seems plastic is for lower cost, but opposite is the truth when you dive into the research, as microplastics can be find in this dishes too.
