I have been getting meals for the past month, really good tasty portions, ideal for a balanced diet.Always delivered on time.

I started using prep kitchen recently after trying several other companies and I can honestly say. Prep Kitchen is the best.

The food options are very good and for someone like me who wants to gain muscle they have a huge amount of high calorie and protein meals which is something a lot of other brands do not offer.

I’m looking forward to using Prep kitchen more and maybe one day I can become a brand ambassador and promote the product on my podcast 🙏🏾🙏🏾

Delicious meals, dead easy to cook or re-heat, perfect for those in a rush, or like us with a new addition to the family and cant spend as much time cooking as previously. Great too to have a focus on more protein and less carbs.

Really enjoyed my first month of prep kitchen!

Food tastes really fresh and full of flavour! Lots of choice. Great for helping me keep track of my macros (calories and protein) while focusing on my weight loss.

The meals are delicious, they have actual taste and they look appetising. The portions are enough and you feel full quite a while. The meat looks and taste good quality. The packaging is super sturdy, no spillage or leakage.
My only suggestion would be to include more non-spicy options.

"Awful customer service"

Awful customer service, 5 missing meals and overcharged one week so offered 40% off next, emails ignored and didn’t send the third weeks order. Difficult to update payment methods and not reliable

"5 weeks in and 16lb down! "

I have used prep kitchen now for around 5 weeks mostly to help with my meal planning whilst loosing weight.
I have lost 16lb so far and find these meals to be perfect for my needs.
They are genuinely so tasty and filling and it’s so easy track everything with my fitness pal.
I know people complain about the packaging but it means no issues with open packages when they are delivered so I can’t complain on that front, although I echo an earlier comment about how the sauce pots could be separate to the meals.

I have given 4 stars as I have had a few issues with wrong meals and incorrect billing but to be fair to customer service they have always sorted it out quickly.

Like others, I do think it can work out expensive over a month but as someone who would easily spend £20/£30+ on takeaways a week this is a much healthier choice

Every meal I’ve had has been tasty and filling. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get a good balanced daily intake when trying to lose weight or gain muscle.
