On to my third box from @PrepKitchen and I must say I'm thoroughly impressed from the choices of meals available to their quality in taste. Portions are healthy and generally I think it's good value for money.

I am trying to find time to cook healthy, calorie controlled meals that are low carb and intereseting and for one person! It was just so much of a faff, so I decided to try prep kitchen after I saw an advert on facebook for an introductory offer. The order arrived before lunch time on Monday, with ice packs in the packaging, and each meal well labelled with ingredients and calories, carbs etc, I ordered the low carb version to lose weight and the carb replacements are amazing, filling, tasty and look good. Great choice of everyday favourites like bolognaise but then some interesting currys and stir fries. The price is worth the time saved in cooking, preparing and buying all the ingredients, as well as shopping and any waste from ingredients going off in the fridge! They even freeze well, limited washing up, I can even take the food with me to work and microwave there. All round great product and great service so far.

I wanted to try prep kitchen for a while & decided to give them a try. I wasn't disappointed, the meals are so tasty & filling & so quick when busy. Sometimes the meals are upside down In the box so look messy but still taste great.
I didn't expect them to be as flavoured & there's so many choices each week. I can easily pick at least 4-7sometimes.
Can't wait to get back to tasty & quick meals in January so I can focus on the health kick again!

Lovely meals and easy to heat up, my only real downside after a couple of weeks is that I was sent the same meal twice after choosing a different meal.

This company has been a game changer for me. I live alone so often can’t be bothered to cook healthy nutritious meals for one. I try to eat fresh where possible so these meals are perfect. It’s easy to select your meals with a variety available that change each week. Delivery each Sunday. I’ve not had a meal I haven’t enjoyed yet! I have 5 a week so that I can eat nutritious meals weekdays with no prep and quickly heated after work. I also find it more cost effective for me as I’m not throwing out food I’ve not used as I’m only cooking for one. Absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend 5+ stars!
