"Tasty meals backed up by great service."

Yes the food tastes really good, right up there with the best pre-prepared meals. I like the variety on offer and ease of managing my choices. More importantly the delivery and customer support is good. I’ve had one meal damaged in transit and the PK team resolved the issue promptly. The food is well packaged and chilled upon arrival.

"Missing Item"

Had my first box delivered today and it already had a missing item. Pretty annoying as I’ve planned my week around my meals and not a great first impression. From other reviews have seen this is quite common. All they offered me was an extra meal in my next box, which doesn’t solve my issue of having missing items now. I know they probably have more orders than usual due to time of year, but surely they should be making sure they are going out correctly especially to people first time ordering

Food is fantastic I wish was a bit cheaper 10 meals £66 foods lovely I just can’t afford £66 £55 I could do but at moment had to move to cheaper prep company won’t name them but nt in same ball park as this company

"They use DPD and it’s not possible to cancel your order by signing in"

DPD cannot cope with snow so your order is completely at their mercy. They only offer 2 delivery days Sunday or Monday. There is no option to cancel your subscription online. Customer support do not answer questions straight. Nothing offered in terms of making it right beyond a refund which I am betting will not materialise. Would not recommend. Not sure why there are so many positive reviews so I suspect this review will be deleted

Bought some meals to have following an operation. Needed something easy for my mud and to make for me and high protein to support healing. The meals exceeded my expectation for taste and variety and although I am now able to cook, I have ordered more!

"Tasty and convenient - I recommend! "

I tried prep kitchen meals because they had a special Black Friday deal on, so there was nothing to lose and I’d be sorted for lunches for work for a few weeks. I didn’t know what to expect but I have been blown away by how good they taste! There’s only been one meal I’ve tried so far (out of 10) that I wouldn’t rush back for, but that’s just personal preference in flavours. They all taste great and I’m going to continue my subscription as a result! I’d definitely recommend giving it a go!

I’ve been using prep kitchen for a few weeks now, and so far I’ve been really happy with the quality and the customer service. The deliveries work for me as they come on a Sunday and so my weekends are no longer spent batch cooking for the week - instead I just stock the fridge. The variety has been good and the meals all taste great. Sometimes the way the meals are packaged means that some are squished and upside down so maybe don’t look all that great, but they still taste good. I’ve been using the three week discount and I’m going to wait and see how sustainable it is to continue without it.

"By far the best meal prep I have had"

I'm on my 4th box of these and am really enjoying them, they are by far the best meals I have had (I've used a few other services). Love that they contain lots of veg and are High in protein. The meals are tasty and satisfying. Service has been spot on.

It would be helpful if the heating instructions were on the top of the package, also the packages are quite difficult to open. Other than that they are fantastic and I'll be keeping my subscription.

"Great value tasty meal options"

This service has worked really well for me as someone trying to eat healthier and cut down on takeaways. I'd say 90% of the meals I've had I've loved and the portion sizes are great which I've not always found with likes of hello fresh which I've tried before (I'm also not great at portion control so having it all done for me helps tons)
