Food is just fantastic but the lids to the microwave tubs need improving as they so difficult to open. Have been coverd in my own meal once.

Most of the meals are the same as we are only a few weeks in. Would prefer a bigger or whole menu choice every week.
They are tasty and very easy and quick which is a massive plus

"Prep kitchen meals "

Meals were tasty - however I prefer to reduce ultra processed ingredients as much as possible - where a sauce was included I found it unclear if this should be heated with the food or separately. I’d have liked a lot more veg to bulk out the portion size this is a personal preference though and I did just add veg to the meal anyway which wasn’t too much trouble but I’d have preferred it to have been included.

I use the meals as a way of varying my cut phase so it isn't the same thing over and over. The meals are superb in quality and taste. I can highly recommend giving them a try if you are trying to calorie control your diet or if you just fancy something different without all the hassle!

Only thing I would ask to improve is the plastic lids, they are very difficult to open and always require to cut with a knife
