The food is healthy and tasty, and stays fresh in the freezer for long. The only issue I have is that if I need to skip meals for a week, I have to pause the subscription on the previous Monday evening, and sometimes plans get made a bit later in the week.

Love the convenience of prep kitchen and the meals taste great. I have been on a weight loss journey and couldn’t have gone through it without these meals. I have tried the low calorie low carb which I wasn't as keen on but the balanced low calorie are really nice

Great meals, there's only been 1 or 2 that I didn't enjoy. The creamy sausage ragu is great! The meals stay fresh all week. Some are better in the microwave and some in the oven.

Is good, used for 4 weeks now. Some options still feel on the small side and they are very difficult to open, i have to use scissors. Probably will stop when the discount does for value for money, I usually top up with extra chicken that I cook.

I've been getting these meals delivered weekly for a few months now. They are always packed and delivered well (via DPD). Every meal I have tried so far has tasted great and been high in protein. I would definitely recommend anyone to try Prep Kitchen

It is with regret I write this, but I would not recommend using this service.
I will give a honest a balanced review. To give a bit of background, I am a company director of several businesses and have a busy schedule, but take my health & fitness seriously. I track my food daily and plan my nutrition.
Previously I used Prepped pots by muscle food, and still use them on a lesser capacity when I came across Prep Kitchen. I came across Prep Kitchen earlier this year and there meals looked delicious so I thought I would try them. As I detailed above, my review will be fair, and in that spirit I will say there meals are really good, which is why it is so disappointing that there grasp of customer service is lacking.
I will explain. On occasion the odd meal might be wrong or missing which is not the end of the world, and they would refund, but recently entire weekly orders would not be delivered and all they will do is refund - which you need to chase.
So to give further detail, they employ a Week A & Week B menu, but it just so happens that my two favorite meals are on a certain week, so I ordered more on that week to get me through to the next two weeks when they will be ordered again etc. Several weeks ago, my Monday delivery was not delivered by DPD for whatever reason so I had no meals and as I had not planned or prepared any meal prep, my diet plan went off track which bothered me as we pay good money for this service to ensure we have meals at hand. Now when I contacted Prep kitchen and requested meals sent to me they said they have no capacity to do this and I would have to wait until next weeks delivery to receive meals next - I'm sorry but this is very poor. So being frustrated I left a review accordingly. After leaving the review I received a communication requested I accept a courtesy credit and order again and would I remove my review, and in truth I believe every business should have the opportunity to return confidence to there customers if they make a mistake so I did as they asked and accepted. I was given assurance that they had put steps/process in place and it would not happen again.
However only a few weeks later and here we are again - no meals for the week delivered and I emailed several times asking nicely for meals to please be sent and was told no they could not and all I would get is a refund. I asked for the matter to be escalated to a Director, the request was not acknowledged and another reply to there inability to send any meals was sent.
Now I accept that issues with delivery/couriers can occur but what they seem to fail to grasp is my custom is with them and not the courier and they are holding zero accountability should any issues with the courier occur.
As example, the same issue occurred with Prepped pots, and they emailed to apologise and informed me they would get a duplicate order our the same week, now whilst also not ideal, I can at least appriciate this company is trying to show they are doing all they can to get there service/product to me as there customer, whilst Prep Kitchen do not hold this same willingness to do the best for there customers when things go wrong.
Now not only did they lose £90 worth of meals, but they also need to refund me, and have lost an ongoing customer as I have now found another supplier which I am trying as I have lost faith in this company.
Why not discuss with the courier and customer and offer the customer the opportunity to drive to the Depot to collect the meals rather than them perish and offer to cover there fuel/time. Personally I would accepted this and driven there, and it would have shown me your main concern was ensuring my health and nutritional needs were at the forefront of your decision making process and you would have retained a customer. Or just simply telling a staff member to get new meals prepared and send them out and show that you do care about your customers needs. You have Brand ambassadors, why not engage local Brand hero's, who you could get to to go pick up deliveries that are stuck in depots on those occasions and get them to your customers. The cost of this would be far less than loosing customers and meals through lack of service.
In summary, meals are good quality & they will be missed for sure, but for me, reliability is more important to ensure I am consistent with my diet - I hope this business decides to improve there process going forward. Hopefully my experience with Fuel Hub who I am now going to try will be more positive.
