"Food is lovely and takes the stress out…"

Food is lovely and takes the stress out of making meals when getting back from work and therefore saves my free time! The only bit of feedback would be to include more selection for vegetarian meals. It’s a week on, week off basis with the menu so I’d like a bit more variation for us veggies!

"Excellent meals and fantastic customer service "

Beautiful meals, full of flavor. Well packaged and easy to prepare. Customer service is astoundingly good.
One complaint is the packaging is so good I can't peel the plastic and have to cut with scissors 🤣 but I'm wonky.
I've increased the number of meals I subscribe to which is the first time with any meal subscription that I've done that. I'm also an Ex Chef, so trust me when I say the meals are worth every penny.

"Well balanced yummy meals"

I love the meals I received from Prep Kitchen. Very tasty, good portions and well balanced. Delivery was good too.

Only reason for 4 stars is 5 meals a week was to many for me as I can't eat alot of the meals as spicy so not enough I could eat.

Would highly recommend for anyone who can eat everything 😋

As a nurse, after long shifts prep kitchen is amazing to just pop in the oven for 15 minutes. The flavours in the meals are next level, I’m now eating more vegetables than I was previously and feel much better for doing so. You are able to see your meals in advance and change if you don’t like them. The support team at excellent too, we only have had to contact them once when our new joiner discount didn’t add, they refunded it and added to our next order. Could not recommend more. I tell everyone about PrepKitchen!

I really love these! great value if you think about it too, it cuts out me meal prepping for 3 hours on a Sunday, usually id spend £60 at the supermarket and have the same meal most nights, now i pay £62 and all my meals are prepped and also a great variety!

"Can’t fault prep kitchen "

Portion sizes are really good. Was surprised at the range of meals and the quality of everything I’ve had. I had a Sunday delivery which was always on time setting me up for an easy week of meals. Would definitely recommend.

"Delicious and Nutritious "

Prep kitchen is not only delicious but so fabulously functional. Eating well, working full time, working out and then on top of that, trying to have a life is hard enough without having to over think meal prep, count calories and macros. Prep kitchen makes it all super easy and tasty.

"Beware of inadequate portions"

The food is generally quite nice, but the portion sizes are not very accurate based on the nutritional information.

I had a meal that was about 340g, including the packaging weight of the expected 400g of product a couple of months ago and managed to get a refund for it, you can clearly tell when you pick up the meal and it doesn't weigh close to you're expecting and you can see how empty the container is.

When it happened one time, that's understandable, but it literally just happened again this week. I could tell instantly from how empty it looked inside the package and what it felt like in the hand. I got about 360g of product including the packaging weight for what's supposed to be a 400g portion.

I'm definitely considering using an alternative, there are services out there that also have an app which is preferable.
