Tried loads of meal company's and usually cancel after a few weeks but prep kitchens meals are delicious and loads of variety convienient to use and delivery has been excellent so really can't complain

Prep Kitchen is a game changer for someone like me that works crazy hours and has no time for meal prep, not only is the food delicious and fresh, there is lots of meal choices and good value for money. I have tried several different companies for meal prep and will only use Prep Kitchen now!

The food is delicious and as I live alone I don't tend to cook a proper meal. Prep Kitchen means I get a balanced tasty meal to eat every day. One of the best subscriptions I've ever taken out. I will be using theses guys for years to come.
