"scam"

scam! u cant cancel ur subscription on ur account! paid 89 pounds on another week when I paused my subscription it only done it for 1 week, now I'm fighting to cancel my subscription, it's not on the top left like it says on Google, there's nothing there to cancel it only to paused it!

"Basically a private chef"

Long term sufferer of chronic fatigue. Prep Kitchen has changed my life and ensures I eat well even when I have trouble accessing amenities. It's the closest thing to a private chef without being one.

"Have not delivered and cannot contact anyone!"

We saw that DPD had said they were advised of the parcel but it never actually got sent. DPD is still waiting for the parcel to be given to them and it is now Tuesday (delivery is normally Sunday).

I have tried calling them 17 times (according to my Teams call log) throughout the day and I get the same message of "There are no available agents in the queue at this moment" and then it just hangs up.

It suggests their live chat but it just shows as unavailable the whole time with no response to emails.

They've just taken the payment for this Sunday's box and that will be last box I ever do with them. I don't leave reviews often but people need to know that their customer support is non-existent.

EDIT: I was contacted by Ashley who offered me a refund for the missing box and a free box as an apology. It seems DPD were the issue in this transaction and Prep Kitchen had an IT outage that caused their phones and web chat to be down. I appreciate that they came back to me as fast as they could so I have updated the review to 3 stars.

"Wouldn’t recommend"

Wouldn’t recommend, used this company for around 9 months and had multiple problems, meals are definitely not macro calculated as I’ve received 2 of the same meals weighing over 100g different multiple times, balanced muscle gain meals are basically the same as the fat loss, barely a noticeable difference whatsoever. The meals do taste good and are convenient but apart from that there’s not a lot of good things I can say.

I am always delighted with my Prep Kitchen meals. They make busy evenings much easier and they are so tasty. It keeps me on plan, fills me up and they are a great price too.

"Game changer "

Food is kept nicely cold when arriving via courier. Food is always solid and makes you look forward to the meals, especially when there healthy in a natural way. The value entirely depends on how you value your time and health, for me I think it’s worth every penny.

Really tasty meals, super easy to cook and order, really good customer service too. I had an issue with my last order but the team were timely in their response and handled it brilliantly. Couldn’t recommend enough
