This has been a fantastic edition to our household. We dont get it every week but it is very easy to pause and resume as and when needed. The quality of the meals are brilliant and they are also just as good after they have been frozen.

I requested to pause my account a week ago they still charged £90 for the next order. Good luck trying to get in contact there’s no reply to emails or agents to answer calls. The live chat is no existent is a stressful situation to be in with no company support. Shame really as they might of had a repeat customer is they could sought out this issue for me.
