I've been using them for several weeks now. Meals are usually very nice and I've only had a couple of misses so far. I have no real compliants other than the packaging which is basically impossible to open without ripping it to shreds with a knife!

Unbelievable meals delivered to your door. Food you have never tried, but always dreamt of. Every meal I have tried from the menu has been amazing. Perfect. If you struggle with a busy schedule or you are tired of boring meals while you diet or get in shape. Prep Kitchen is the place to go. I cannot recommend them enough.

The best I’ve had delivered too my door,(used a lot of this type of company..)shelf life is not long ( as it’s all fresh).. so I tend to freeze a few and use when needed, but would definitely recommend and use myself again

I have had a number of deliveries from prep kitchen all the meals I have had have been amazing quality. Meals are easy to order and there is loads of variety

I’m on a plan with a coach where I have to track all macros and these meals make it easy to do so.
My one criticism is that they need more fiber.
But truly if you are looking for an easy way to get healthy balanced meals for a reasonable price it’s a great service

"Game Changer for Uni Students"

As a Uni student, Prep Kitchen has been an absolute game changer. I’ve been able to save so much time when it comes to prepping and cooking my meals - every meal I have had has been so tasty and high quality as well, with a variety of meals to choose from. I’m subscribed to the muscle gain plan and I’ve found that the portion sizes are just the right size for me.

The only thing that is a bit frustrating is that the plastic film on the packaging is impossible to open without a knife.


Overall, I would highly recommend Prep Kitchen to anyone who has a busy lifestyle and struggles cooking tasty nutritious meals consistently. Prep kitchen does this for you, freeing up your valuable spare time to do more of what you enjoy.

I have made order in PrepKitchen I had to twice amend the order because to receive what I have chosen.
Meal delivery was on point not issue with that.
Meals it self tasty and probably well balanced and all that I don’t know but in my opinion the meals with sauce had only sauce and chicken. Very minimal of rice or pasta.
I have canceled and be looking for another place for prepped meals.
Could be better and u definitely won’t be back. Not many choices either

"Delicious meals, great service"

I was a bit skeptical at first as it was preprepped meals to heat up but I have to say the meals are gorgeous and totally above what I was expecting. We have been struggling to find time lately to cook dinner on the week so this was perfect for us. Delivery is convenient and flexible. There were a couple of issues regarding misprint on use by date and one of the meals had somehow split open but customer service were very helpful and offered a couple of free meals to compensate. The packaging is very robust so I imagine an issue like that was rare. My only suggestions would be to develop an app to make using my account easier, although the site is relatively easy to use but I think an app would be even better. More meal options, the options available are great but would love some more as well as some more veggie options that aren't just inclusive of veggie strips. Otherwise all round very good service and delicious meals.
