Could not fault Prep Kitchen. As a busy professional, I would regularly struggle between going to the gym, shopping and cooking with one always being neglected. Prep Kitchen is the perfect way to ensure I eat well and still get my gym sessions in after work. Feeling overwhelmed and hitting the ‘screw it’ button is a thing of the past.

The meals are tasty and the variety is brilliant. I always bulk mine out with some frozen veg as I like a big plate! The fact that every meal is also on My Fitness Pal is a fantastic bonus.

So far 4 weeks in, I have lived all the meals provided. Last well for the whole week, taste amazing as I love a spicy option. Filling and not processed. Just like I cooked it myself and froze my own meals. Delivered every Sunday so I’m ready for the week.

Food was unappetising and looked repulsive uncooked and cooked. Couldn’t open the meal without a knife as the packaging is not user friendly. So much plastic. Sorry I’m going back to Frive.

Their food is soo watery and does not seem as they display. Had the awful experience ever with this food and some of it made me to run to the toilet as one was also opened on delivery. I will never buy from them ever again. Waste of £60🤢🤮
