Its quite good the food is tasty , I did wish it had more variety on gluten free and non spicy, but there are some really yummy meals I like .

"Really great meals"

Really great meals. First time using such a service, and exceeded our expectations even as fussy eaters. Ease of heating in the oven for 15 mins at 180 for all meals is great (and of course option for microwave). Only thing we'd like them to consider is changing their plastic packaging to something more environmentally friendly like paper based trays which some others do.

"BROKEN GLASS IN MY FOOD"

I had been thoroughly enjoying my meals up until this evening. Today was an exceptionally busy day and I hadn’t managed to eat much throughout. Naturally, I was eagerly looking forward to tucking into my jerk chicken with plantain for dinner. However, midway through my meal, I discovered a broken piece of glass in my food! I am absolutely furious and still starving.

What’s even more frustrating is that I had recently cancelled my subscription but was planning to restart it because both my mum and I had been thoroughly enjoying the variety of meals on offer. This incident has left me deeply concerned and is completely unacceptable!

Great service and great food!
Very tasty meals, each one different and filling.
Have tried a few meal prep companies before, but these guys meals are top notch!
Possible improvement with ordering food, knowing when etc for cut offs and how to navigate website to ensure certain meals are excluded would be helpful, otherwise fab!

"Meals genuinely are actually lovely"

Meals genuinely are actually lovely. The only one I don’t really like so far is the buffalo chicken. Customer service are very helpful, meals came split and they had new meals to me the next day.

Good quality food with lots of options to choose from. I like that the sauces come separately (although more plastic use) so I can adjust how much sauce I put on my meal. Also love the option of getting meals delivered either on Sunday or Monday. The only thing I'd complain about is the fact that if I order by Wednesday, I only get the meals following Sunday (not end of same week) which is quite a wait.

Genuinely impressed by the food selection, the quality, and how good everything tasted! Having to order by Monday for delivery the next week is probably the only negative (plus the fact the food is more expensive than some other preprepped meal companies) but the taste and quality wins out.
