I’ve tried multiple food prep services and I’m truly impressed with this company. I’ve been ordering 4 weeks now on the balanced fat loss plan and every meal has been delicious, I struggle with portion control and these are ideal for me. I haven’t been hungry at all. The meat is excellent quality and tender. I did have 1 meal missing 1 week but within minutes on the online chat it was sorted!

Very convenient and healthy low carb meals, really easy to reheat and the meals are delicious & tasty. Only niggle is DPD delivery is not great in quality of meals on arrival, they look like they've been chucked around a lot and one delivery was cancelled and I just received an email from DPD to say my weeks food delivery had been cancelled. I would recommend Prep kitchen to anyone with a busy life looking for healthy interesting meals.

Good selection of tasty meals, quality ingredients and delivered conveniently. Only real downside is the film used for the meals themselves is affixed too strongly to the container so can’t be peeled after cooking and I have to use a sharp knife instead - fix that and 5 stars all day.

The food is super tasty, with great high-protein, low-carb options that fit perfectly with my goals. Portions are just right, and I’m actually saving money by not buying random stuff at the store. If you’re looking to eat better without the hassle, I’d totally recommend giving them a try!

Only slight negative is the packaging has the tendency off leaking water from the frozen ice packs as it has melted when you are taking in the delivery.

I have been using Prek Kitchen for a month now and it’s been a breeze compared to others I have used in the past.

Each meal has been well packaged (no leaks) and delicious. Using the system is so easy now I have found some of my favourites I tailor my meals each week and try out new recipes when added. You can also pause a week if you go away. I would highly recommend
