"Delicious convenient meals"

Delicious food, easy to prepare, and very convenient delivery that’s always on time.
The meals are delicious, varied and always keep me full until the evening. I’ve tried cheaper companies and some are awful - the food really is delicious.
I gave 4 stars because the packaging is an issue. I get 5 meals delivered and they come in a huge box with lots of padding and cool packs which is such a waste. The food containers themselves are single use plastic, and not biodegradable. The film on top does not peel off and I have to cut it off with scissors.

The menu of meals is very impressive and there’s lots of choice. I can workout my calorie intake perfectly and adjust accordingly. Stick them in a cool bag and heat up in the day so I don’t go hungry. Always delivered on time and order system is easy enough. Would recommend to anyone who’s serious about getting the right amount of quality calories.

I buy these low carb meals for my son,who is really enjoying them. I only order dishes I know he'll try as I can't afford to waste money. I always add any veg the rest of the family is having and he never says he's still hungry.
I've given 4 stars, not to reflect on the quality of the food,which seems excellent, but to highlight the fact I find the site quite confusing and not easy to manoeuvre.
I had a duplication one week of the entire order, so I used the webchat to discuss this. I got an immediate response and within a few days was fully refunded as it wasn't my error. So I can honestly say getting a refund was extremely easy.

Great tasting food and cheap enough I've lost 8kg over 5 weeks just eating 1 meal per day plus eggs and Tuna it's surprising how full I get from the meals the choice of meals are great and tasty but more important healthy only 1 complaint the app isn't very helpful to use your better off using website which keeps login details each time

A variety of meals, all healthy and tasty! All the food tastes lovely and fresh.
The service is fantastic! Contacting prep kitchen support is easy and any problems I have are immediately solved.
The price of the food is perfect, I feel as though I am getting value for money as portion sizes are spot on and the food is nutritional. It would cost more to buy ingredients and cook them at home.
Ordering, updating orders and changing subscriptions is simple and easy to do. Stress-free way to eat healthy.

"Best meal prep service tasting meals I have tried"

Best meal prep service I have had in terms of taste. I went for the high protein option and the protein portions are generous however being very active the portions of the meal on the whole are a bit small. I do not mind having more carbs and to bulk it up with veg but the only option I could choose with high protein was to go low carb so to have an high protein and carb choice would be better suited for me thats why I did not give a 5/5 but otherwise great.

I wanted to lose a bit of weight for my wedding so I tried prep kitchen fat loss meals for a month. Oh wow! I’ve lost around 7lbs and I still full and satisfied. The meals are tasty and make me feel like I’m not on a diet! Thank you!

"Cancelation nightmare"

80% of the meals tasted ok but a few are awful and borderline inedible. The real kicker is trying to cancel, which is not as simple as some make out, you have until 12pm on a Tuesday to do so otherwise they will charge you and dispatch a delivery even if the subscription shows as cancelled for the next week. Trying to get you money back is hopeless and you have to hope your card provider is on your side.....
