Renewal was straightforward however I did try to change my payment day but did not get a reply for over a week by which time the first payment had already been taken
Seems by asking from a different t e.mail address they cannot do anything despite all other details being as per the policy.

Great price and on line vet for those worrying times when you just need some advice. In these hard times it's not worth the risk. Insurance is a must and this is reasonable and well administrated policy. Renewal was automatic and cheaper than last year. Recommended.

Would have given you 4 maybe 5 stars. Were it not for you sending me a renewal offer. Which was higher than I could get with you as a new client. I find it totally wrong that you try to extort more money from loyal customers. I cancelled my existing policy. Then simply went online and took out a new policy which saved me money. Get your act together and treat your existing customers better or you might not get them back.

Thank you for your prompt. Unfortunately your response is not what I was hoping for. You are the insurers being able to get a better deal from a third party. Is quite frankly ridiculous. You are supplying a service your price to loyal existing customers should be the most competitive. Your new rating reflects your companies negative attitude.

Yes the renewal offer was better than last years price. However it was not as good as the price I was given directly from your own website. I did not go via a comparison website.

My dog injured her Cruciate ligaments in Rt hind leg earlier this year but Insure your Paws were helpful with payments direct to the Vet who did a marvellous Repair and Millie is back to full speed and you wouldn't know which leg she had injured.!
