Absolutely disgusting service they are very quick to take your money but not willing to deal with claims in the same fashion, four weeks after putting a claim in I'd received no information so I called them and was told it take SIX weeks to process a claim so after six weeks and no correspondence from them I called again only to be told it takes NINE weeks so they basically lied to me on my first call.
My advice would be AVOID AT ALL COSTS .

Renewed only because I was waiting for an insurance payment. I had a claim in late December and it has taken until now to get paid out. Multiple phone calls. Never a returned call as promised. Very poor service.

Unfortunately, having paid religiously for over 5 years to Insure Your Paws and never claimed, I've phoned today to check I'm able to claim for an Epulis my Golden Retriever has developed and needs surgery ...to be told ....yep, you guessed it...."we don't cover that"!
Absolutely fuming, obviously I'll cancel my policy now and my vet has advised me to move to PetPlan who WOULD cover this!!!
Yes, they are more expensive per month but what's the point of paying pet insurance if the insurance company find these devious ways of not paying out!
If I could give them a zero for customer service I would!!!

As you can see, Natalie has asked for more info ....sorry, but having read more and more replies, all negative, about Insure Your Paws lack of paying out, I won't be taking you up on the offer!
Also, I had a letter today from Chloe Blackburn saying my complaint has been fully resolved! Lol! What complaint??? I never made an official complaint to you, not verbally or written, so can only assume its come from me writing this review!
Neigh on impossible to get through on the phone, I've given up trying now to ask why this was sent ...Needless to say my monthly payment has been cancelled and its "bye! bye!" from me ....
