There is always a great delay between the inputting of a claim and the payment of a claim which has led to monetary difficulty.
Even when renewing a policy there was a delay.
I asked for a way to bring the price down. It was referred and I was clearly told that it would be 24/48 hours. This was not the case. I had to chase the matter up and was told ( eventually). Then all went smoothly.

Premiums gone up 25% for no reason other than our pet us one year older. We have made no claims on this policy. Still one of the cheapest so feel forced to keep going but it's a rip off and license to print money. Unhappy
