Following in from my previous review I am afraid this company have done nothing to change my mind to their standard of service. To date the company have not settled the outstanding claim for my dogs care so this was 23 days ago. They are now ‘looking into his history from the rescue centre ‘ umm considering they have happily been taking my regular payments to ensure he is insured for 3 years !!! Would also like to advise that this claims department states they have tried into contact me via phone several times. No such calls have been received by me even after making sure they have the correct number with a very helpful lady who seems to trying to resolve this claim but who isn’t part of the claims department and can only help with general queries.
Again - do not use this company if you are looking for a caring and responsible pet insurance company.
