Brilliant could not have picked a better insurance for my two dogs

My premium rose by 25% in 1 year from 2020 to 2021 and yet I had no claims. They have switched to Covea as underwriters but stated this was not the reason for the increase. I asked specifically for the reason why my premium had increased and the explanation was text book insurance 'factors' - very unsatisfactory. Is this a license to print money or just poor service??
I am now considering taking this to the Ombudsman.
