I was happy to renew my pet insurance, at a fair price for a good policy. Communications were good, and I did not feel trapped into renewal.

I have used various pet insurers for dogs cats and horses over a period of 20 years...InsureYourPaws is the most difficult and awkward Insurer to date. They have manipulated clinical information in order to suit their own requirements (and not pay out). Additionally they are difficult to get hold of and deal with when making a claim. This is not the type of company you want when dealing with a pet bereavement or serious illness. Others such as NFU, Direct Line and Pet Plan provide a far better quality customer service and experience.
