Very helpful when phoned up wit a inquiry about the insurance policy before taking it out

We have been with Insure Your Paws since we bought our OES 5 years a go. She has a condition that has been diagnosed for the past two years and they have always been helpful and polite when I have had to make a claim - and there have been several. Most claims are paid within a week of them receiving the claim form from the vets, which they do via a notification receipt email.

The only downside and it is trivial is that you have to phone every time you make a claim as you cannot just download a claim form on line which would simplify things.

I would recommend them.

The price of the service has gone up considerably over the life of our dogs and yet we are tied in for lifetime cover. Projected lifetime charges should be provided for standardised comparison between all pet insurance companies.

We have been insured with Insure Your Paws for 2 years now, their renewal quotes are always competitive and offer good vet limit fees with the option to increase this cover for a few £’s.
We have recently insured the new addition to our pack too. We were given a discount on this policy and although I got other quotes, Insure Your Paws offered the best cover for our pup.
My online account is easy to use and navigate and customer services is always friendly and helpful when I’ve needed to speak with them.

To be honest my first ever pet insurance claim was dealt with swiftly and monies were paid very quickly once a decision had been made to uphold the claim. No complaints from me.

My only criticism is that after my first year of cover with no claims my premium has increased by 20% !!
I will reserve final judgement on renewal in 12 months. I think £400 per year is enough to pay for per insurance....

I sent an email to cancel my insurance renewal, because it doesn’t cover my working dog. Then they still took my money, 7 days before renewal date, then charged me for cancellation.
UPDATE I’m glad to be able to say that I’ve had a full refund of my insurance, much quicker than I expected. Since insurance companies seem to all have automatic renewals, I shall now opt out of this in order to make my own comparison before renewing, also I don’t feel secure with lots of companies storing my bank details.
