Huge renewal premium increases year on year despite never making a claim. Customer service not willing to help and its a case of take it or leave it.

Have been with Insure your paws for 3 years now insuring 2 dogs but cannot comment on services as fortunately have not needed to claim.
My comment is that I wish i has pay increases akin to premium rises as these seem to run in the region of 40% / year so it may not be viable to continue in the future.
