Website was easy to use but the pricing for this service is way overpriced. As a breeder used to using mypet to chip and register puppies with no transfer cost to new owners I feel this company is ripping new puppy owners off with the £24 transfer fee. Dearer than Petlog and that's saying something!

I called to request changing details on a microchip having acquired a puppy who had already been registered. A call had to be made to the previous owner for verification but this was done straight away and within minutes I was recalled and registered. Excellent service

Terrible experience. The breeder told me to use this database so I signed up and paid £24, the payment was loading for hours and nothing happened. Eventually £24 came out of my account but no confirmation of registration. I emailed customer service to confirm my payment and asked for confirmation my puppy has been registered nearly 2 weeks ago, still no confirmation despite chasing multiple times. Not sure why I am paying £24 for customer service if I’m not receiving any. I would like a refund so I can register my dog with a free service, but no reply at all.
The worst part is I can be fined for not having my pet registered, yet I’m doing everything I possibly can and this company is no help! Along with the worry that if anything happened to my puppy during these weeks there would be no way for him to find his way back to us!!
