"Incomm/Vanilla Gift Cards are the worst!"
Had a $200 gift card. Entire balance stolen on the day I activated the card. Incomm strung me along for months with a load of lies and misinformation. Better Business Bureau is just as bad. They don't think Incomm has to attempt to reconcile the account. Incomm gave me a bogus website for the company that took my money (miyaai.com). The website is foreign, has no way to contact anyone and Incomm never tried to contact them or rectify my problem. The sad part is that these gift cards (VanillGift.com) are sold on military installations. Terrible experience. Do not buy their products

"INCOMM seems to be the scam themselves"
We bought 2 tickets for the match of Connecticut VS Indiana to see Cathelin Clark play Basket ball in Montville, CT.
We paid via Paypal, and got a confirmation of :
1/ Paypal that money was paid
2/ Confirmation of Go Ticket, that we had bought 2 tkts.
I have screenshots that I can show you, the proof of above
Then we did not receive any tickets so while we were travelling, driving the 2 hrs to Montville, we looked on internet to get the number of Go-tickets and were referred to Ticket master.
At Ticket master, a gentleman (Nicolas Collins tel: 877 706-7208 told us the Paypal payment did not go through and he could only give us the tickets if we paid again and did it to Ticketmaster, as Go-tickets passed through TicketMaster to give out tickets and we had to create an electronic wallet. We checked that online and indeed Ticketmaster had electronic wallets, so we went ahead. They said they had problems with the government, so they could not ask Credit card data via Phone, so we needed to stop on the way and get an Amazon or E-bay gift voucher to pay at CBS, Wallgreens or other shops, we found a Stop & Shop along the route. We had to get one of 200$, to validate an electronic wallet it had to have 200 $. Well since some US banks ask 10K and plus to open an account we thought that that was ok. So, we bought a Gift voucher for 160 $ and one for 200 $. We had to scratch them and give the number to Ticket master, and the second voucher only had 9 digits instead of 13 so they told us it was invalid, so I went back to the shop and got a refund and bought a new one. We gave the two numbers and then asked for the tickets the man said he was checking with the Billing department and awaiting the funds to come through. We were rushing him, as it was already 7pm, when the game started, and we had arrived at the venue. He then said the payment did not go through, it seemed the Vouchers were faulty and "that happens", and since we already had one, that had only 9 digits instead of 13, we believed it, but then he said we needed to get more vouchers, and then we stopped, as we by then had already missed more then half of the game and we saw no shop right around and started to find this all too much. He did call us back 2 x but we did not Pick up.
The next day we drove back (1 hr) to Stop & Shop and stop. To ask for a refund since the gift vouchers did not go through. Stop & Shop manager told us when we gave her all vouchers and receipts she needed to check with their distributor : INCOMM gift card. She called us back a few hours later, and told us, they could not refund us, as the gift vouchers were redeemed. She said that we needed to call Incomm ourselves directly and they would be able to give us where the cards were redemmed and by whom. she did her best. We drove back 1 hour a rthird time, in te evening, again to get back our original receipts and gift vouchers.
The next morning, today June 12th,
I called Incomm Gift Card at at 10:30am and spoke to a Cherry who refused to give me her last name. She said they could do nothing to help me, and I shoud call E-Bay.I told her there was no tel number for E-bay and they were the distributor, so make money on these Gift
cards, so I expect some customer service, and Stop & Shop said they would help me, after S & S called them earlier. well I lost 560$ and no help waht so ever !

"Received a vanilla visa gift card for…"
Received a vanilla visa gift card for $100, upon checking balance this card was used.
Apparently part of a scam due to incomm lack of tamper proof packaging.
This company makes sure you have to jump through ropes and try to speak to a human.
Many class action lawsuits have already been filed.
I gave a 1 start because I couldn't give them a -5 star

"Frauds"
Frauds. They said they would send me a replacement card but never arrived. The one I got was tampered deliberately and didn't work.

"Nothing but CROOKS!"
In short they closed out my gift cards, $1500 worth, and strung me along for over a month only to be told by one customer rep that another claim was recently filed against the cards and paid out and told later by an individual that they could not see that the cards ever existed. What a scam of an outfit! I am preparing to seek other and all ways to shed light on who they are and how to get my $$ back.

"Incomm Is a Scam Company - Do Not Buy Giftcards"
I received a $200 Vanilla PrePaid gift card and when I went to use it at the store realized that the expiry date had passed. I called the number on the card and spoke to someone at Incomm and they told me no problem we will mail you a new card. They asked for my full name, address, date of birth and numbers on my existing card.... After 6 weeks I did not receive replacement cardand called them again. they had all my previous info I provided and assured me I will be receiving card shortly. After another 3 weeks I called again and they informed me that the replacement card they had mailed me no longer has funds on it because they were used. I explained that I never received card - I now had to register a case dispute to try and recover the funds that someone used on the card that was re-issued to me and that I never used. I honestly feel that every time I call to follow up that they know they are scamming me. After 3 months of waiting for my case dispute to be reviewed they sent me a very unofficial looking email that states they could only re-imburse me $55.00 at this time. By some miracle I received the card in the mail, BUT once I tried to activate it, it was not working. I called again, person told me don't worry, card will work. With very little confidence I attempted to use the card for a purchase and it did not go through. I called them again and for 1 hour they were transferring me to other assistants and eventually they dropped the call. How is this happening, this company is a total fake and there is no way out of this vicious cycle of taking advantage of cardholders.

"Incomm is a scam organization"
I received a $250 card as a gift and when I went to use it I was denied in line and embarrassed when the card should have way more than needed for the purchase. So I called the customer service line and was told they can't activate anything after making their money on the card that was purchased... I had to send ID in as well as pictures of the card by email and I'm waiting to hear back from them which by the reviews will likely be a bad experience which ends with them stealing the money on the card. It's gotta be inside, the card wasn't used by myself or my gf as we just opened the package and left home to use it. This company should be shut down and investigated for fraud.

"I had purchased the SERVE Pay As You Go…"
I had purchased the SERVE Pay As You Go VISA re-loadable debit card in order to make an online purchase. When using the card for my purchase online and the payment was declined. So, I had called the SERVE customer service. SERVE customer service told me that for online purchases I have to register the card online at the SERVE website. So, I go to their website. Midway through the registration process I decided NOT to. For the registration, besides your name and street address, they want your birth date and social security number. Just enough to commit IDENTITY THEFT. Now why would I voluntarily give that info to a company that may disappear over night.
