Riddled with fraud Incomm Visa gift cards sold at Target, Walmart, etc. merchants have cards skimmed and then packaged by fraud rings, possibly internal fraud… numbers stolen so the balance is wiped out before you or your recipient can use the funds. Customer service wait time 25-45 mins AND THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU. Nobody wants to take disputes as they want to answer as many calls as possible quickly. They try forwarding you to the merchant. Horrible experience! Shame on Incomm, Target, Walmart, etc. for not doing enough to protect consumers from this fraud and abuse!!!!

I am so beyond frustrated I was scammed for 200.00 off a Vanilla Visa gift card I have called and called still can't get a supervisor this was my Christmas gift money I'm so upset I think we should all file a lawsuit this is just wtong

"Gift card balance stolen!"
Was given a $500 gift card and $499 was stolen. Called, put on hold for over 30 minutes. Finally was emailed a dispute form and told I’d have to wait 90 days for review. This was to be my Christmas present money. The more I complain, the more people I find who have been scammed. Don’t buy these cards!

Visa gift card bought at Target store. When we attempted to use it about six weeks later, it was all but wiped out. Scamming obviously an inside job--InComm or Target. Never an attempt to resolve the issue or contain the source of the fraud. Just began a delaying tactic to finally reject my claim because "time expired". Really?

"Vanilla gift cards should refund us"
I received a 100.00 at my baby shower and on my delivery date, the card was used 500 miles away. My gift card was swiped and the customer service to get refund was horrible. They don’t care. Even when I sent all the paperwork and evidence that is was stolen. Just sad and frustrating when the innocent people are not getting refunded and the people who stole it get away.

"Securespend visa Scam"
I got one of their Securespend visa card of $500. The money was stolen with a second of being loaded on the card. I reported and filed a claim but to no advil. I have been hung on, phone calls unanswered. Since this has happened with so many people I would like to find lawyer and open a CLASDS ACTION LAWSUIT Companies like this have to be shut and made to pay for the hardships they cause

I purchased $200 on two separate gift cards. I didn’t use them for about a month and when I did get around to using them both of them wiped out. I purchased these gift cards at my local target store and wouldn’t you know that both gift cards were wiped out by none other than target except they were in California. I bought these cards in Utah! Reading through these reviews it is crazy nothing has been done about this! It is up to us the consumers to boycott these gift cards and go after this company on a more serious level!!! We should all be suing for punitive damages. Why does it take so long to get your money back??? I’m starting to wonder if I will ever see that $200 again???

"I received a VISA Debit card as a gift"
I received a VISA Debit card as a gift. Come to findout it had been compromised. I called and opened a dispute on 7/25/22 nd was told it would take up to 90 days.
I called back today 11/3/22 and was told it was still in process as the dispute department didnt look at my case until 9/12/22.
Might I add the average wait time each time I called was over 25 minutes.
Horrible customer service.

"My gift card was skimmed immediately…"
My gift card was skimmed immediately upon receipt. The customer service to report it stolen was horrendous. They outright lied, refused to provide a contact number for the dispute/fraud section, would not send a dispute form for 14 days, and then required another 90 days to process the refund. Even though they acknowledged receipt of the dispute form, they claimed it was lost. The actual workers appear to be intentionally stalling, not providing information, or providing false information.
