Spent some time today resolving an issue with Julie. Having employed hundreds of people in my business life it is not difficult to recognise an employee totally professional in her work, with a wonderful personality and a desire to find a resolution to a problem.

Ok After having problems during the winter with the delivery's i posted a review which was politely answered by a young lady who said that the delivery issues had been sorted out. Alas having a low reading i contacted Avanti again who said they had increased my limit so as to receive the top ups with plenty of capacity. I have now had three emails and texts to say i would be receiving my gas on 1st April, then 3rd April and then 11th April. And guess what. It never arrived. What sort of organisation is being run on this basis. How has this service been improved since the problems i had in the winter when i had to turn the boiler off in order not to run out. I have read the other reviews and wonder whether we are talking about the same firm.

We never have to worry about running out of gas as the automatic level updates work well and our driver has always looked after keeping our tank filled. So an excellent service.
