a very polite and courteous driver our gas delivered without fuss,on the odd occasion I have contacted Avanti my query has been dealt with straight away

Have been overall happy with service. Recently we had an issue with nearly running out of gas despite repeatedly updating the gauge and informing Avanti. Tbf I think this can happen with all companies at certain times but it did cause stress.

Our regular delivery driver is one of a kind, we know when he is coming but he knocks the door to let us know he is here. The kettle goes on and while the gas is pumping into the tank we catch up on everything. I have to say he is a credit to Avanti Gas and after 30 years of being a customer we would not go anywhere else

The automatic top up works well and regular email prompts from Avanti allow me to either confirm or change the current LPG meter gauge reading. This is a simple way of monitoring use and if no one is at home delivery still takes place. Drivers are consistently polite and professional. Any queries are answered politely and clearly.

Reliable company. We need a continuous supply for out pet crematorium to maintain our efficiency. Avanti have served us well over the years. New sensors fitted to the tanks, now make it easier to know we will always have full tanks. Drivers are always courteous and delivery quickly.
