Drivers always good especially as it's awkward to deliver at my house.
Staff on the phone always helpful but if there is a problem it can be difficult to get anything resolved. I'm still waiting for resolution to a faulty tank gauge since September 2024

This company is so much better than the one I used to use. In the past 3 years I haven’t had any problems and never run out of gas. All good.

The drivers are always efficient, polite and careful but the rest of Avanti Gas's organisation is a shambles and has been for a long while. Ridiculously short notice of deliveries, scheduled deliveries failing to arrive, refilling when plenty of gas still in the tank, the list goes on and on.
Update :
It isn't true that Avanti Gas have tried to contact us. We have checked and there are no missed calls on either our mobile or landline.
The first time they said they were delivering, the gauge was on 33% (they didn't turn up). The second time it was on 27%.

Our recent delivery was as good as always; we need to be around for LPG delivery and the driver gave us a call 15’ before he came so we could be ready. He delivered our gas efficiently, safely and courteously. There was a problem with the gas tank’s serial number ; ours had been installed at the same time as our neighbours and the numbers are the wrong way around. No one else had spotted the problem until this delivery man saw it. He would not deliver the gas until he was sure we wanted it. Hopefully the problem is being sorted now so that will not happen again.
