My driver George, contacted me before delivery telling me the time, he was very polite and friendly and arrived when he said. Unfortunately he damaged my electric gate sensor that I had not realised until after he left so I phoned him and he immediately came back and we sorted it out privately. A very nice man and a credit to your company.

Alan has been delivering my gas now for a number of years sometimes he is delivering in the early hours of the morning and I don’t even hear him. When I do see him he always has time to pass the time of day, I was washing the car when he arrived this week so I had a chat with him. I told him that my wife had passed away a few months ago and he was so compassionate. I always found Alan more than just a driver doing a job he was more of a friend.

AvantiGas say they try to deliver within 15 working days of ordering. 16 working days after ordering, I got an email saying that I would get my gas the next day. It didn't happen. Gas was finally delivered six days later. No explanation. No apology. Typical AvantiGas.
