I bought a Himolla Lupo sofa for upstairs in kids bedroom. Initially when sofa came, it did not fit to stairs due to ill shape of stairs having two 90-degree turns, but Casey's team did a great job to fully disassemble the sofa at their warehouse into smaller parts and re-assemble back in the bedroom upstairs. As the sofa was electric reclining, it was a relatively complex task. Great service!! Thanks to Casey's team to make it happen. The sofa is also great quality. I had Stressless sofa before, but this new Himolla ones are more comfortable.

Very disappointing service. When I initially ordered and paid deposit for an item I was told it would be a two month wait, I was subsequently informed it would be three months, then 16 weeks. It’s now over 21 weeks. Casey’s are both unable to give me a delivery date and are refusing to return my substantial deposit . Really negative and frustrating experience with no acceptance of responsibility. Buyer beware.
