Pro vape is literally THE ONLY online vape store I will use! I have been ordering with them for two years they always ship my orders same day (unless it’s friday after 4) my vapes are always in perfect condition and the one time I had to contact them they responded immediately and resolved my issues! Every other online vape store I tried took forever to ship my items and there prices were way higher! Dont waste your time or money on any other place. Pro vape has been amazing!!

I got a lush ice bar! There is no need to upload an ID! That’s super bad for teenagers and kids buying these products! I thought I may need to present an id upon delivery but nope they just delivered into my mail box! The flavors are so cheap that it literally tastes like burnt coil. The puff was supposed to have 2000 hits however mine already tasted burnt and was done in about 7 hits. These products are nasty, not worth buying and they don’t have any security checks to actually verify if you’re an adult.

I purchased a Smok mod from Provapes in September and in less than 2 months it stopped working. I called but all you can do is leave message. They don't call you back. I then emailed the company stating the problem that I was having with mod. They emailed me back telling me they wanted a short video of what the problem was. I then sent the video they responded almost immediately telling me I did not pay for the extended warranty so they are not going to honor it. I then contacted my credit card company who refunded me the full amount. Smok offers a full one year warranty on their product. I don't think they'd be too happy on how they are doing business selling defective products. I will never buy another thing from them! My devices don't buy from them and if you do contact your credit card company and they should issue a full credit pro vapes will do nothing for you.

I can't say how frigging fast shipping is with provape with in hours it's on it way and the juice supply is unbelievable and they get right back to you if you have a question good job provape I'll be back
