The product is well made and is useful to keep the pouch out of the way, hidden and secure. However, I've found that a piece of waterproof tape functions nearly as well when the bag is extended to the side as with the belt. Your partners will like the devise, as it is MUCH nicer to cuddle next to.

Hey peep's, Bladder Cancer 2/8/12..BCG Chemo Failure, 10/15/12 RC/IC,Two months later recieved 1st Stealth Belt, first i tried a couple other Belts,was really having problems Adjusting to this new Normal,we had a trip planed to go to minnesota for Christmas,After lots of Research, i once again Ordered Another Belt,(stealth belt) I ordered with the hopes of trying/taking this new one with me,Got a hold of Richard, He Assured me that my Belt would arrive on time, well it did, It Changed Everything!! As soon as i put it on, I knew this was the one, Our Trip to mn went Great, Airport was so smooth, i was freaking out,Scaned,Said Ostomy, He said. Happy Holidays, That was it, I do everything with my Belt, Stealth Belt is Awesome People, It Really gives one the Security needed to Try and Enjoy Life Again, If you Think the Price is Alot,I still use my 1st one,16 months now, Do the Math, Well Worth it, Craftman ship is Great, I have 2 Stealth Belts now, lost 50+ lbs, so needed another,Hope's this Help's someone with their new Normal, I was worried about spending that much $ and it not work right, so i called Richard and explained to him my Location and placement of Stoma, This is Important People, Just tell him what DME you use he'll take it from there, You'll do Everything you did before,But you'll just do it with more thought to fit your New Normal, 100% Buy one .. 2yrs and Counting.. "assistance with insurance"

Back in July 2014, I ordered 2. You had a sale, buy 1 and 2nd half off. It made sense, wash one and wear one. Even with pre-authorization, the claim was rejected. I thought perhaps it was because I did not have a prescription. I got a prescription and when I went to resubmit, that was not the case. It was because I had ordered 2 at once. I am not sure how to get around this, because I understood I would be able to order one per month and as long as I did not exceed that quota ordering 2 at once It should have been accepted. Thank you.

I also think there should be more colors available as standard ordering.
If you could find a way to expedite orders and bring the cost down I think you would do better.

I am new to the colostomy experience. I was very self conscious with the bulge of the colostomy bag under my shirt. The stealth belt smooths things out so there is not a conspicuous bulge. I am very pleased with the result.

"Threads came loose"

When I received my belt and wore it for a day the threads around the stoma hole came loose and needed to be fixed by a seamstress.
I quickly contacted the company and even talked with the owner and he rectified the situation by sending another belt at a reduced cost.

I would hope that the quality control on the sewing improves. I wear this belt everyday and it is important part of my ostomy 'system'.
