Very friendly service from beginning to end. Very available and easy to reach. I can see they know what they are doing and I find them very trustworthy.

The overall attitude of the Support Staff has been amazing because my computer test was administered in a timely and efficient manner. It really helps having the support/tech member take control of the computer vice having to dictate to me all the info that was required to get things done. Best of all, my computer appears to be operating faster, and I have not experienced any of the software glitches I was having to deal with earlier.
