I have been with them for 1 year now. This time I asked help for my thousand of photos from my phone to be transferred to my external hardrive and the first one who helped me, Bridget, was doing it all at the same time and when I said it was thousand of photos and videos for 4 years and suggested to do it in sections, she said it would be simply a lot of work, so I wasted 10 hours not being to use my phone and laptop and her not realizing that it was not even doing anything. after 10 hours I contacted them and said that I think it not working. Bruce then tried to download iTunes so we could do it that way. It seems to be working, but it was too late so I had to move my laptop to my bedroom, so Rio suggested I could sleep and she would close my computer. But moving it made me lose my connection to my iPhone, and so she tried to do it again, but it took the whole night and it was not working like it seemed to be working when Bruce tried it the first time. So I was transferred to Carl, and that is when Carl said he is going to transfer it portion by portion, and figured that because my laptop only has one USB port the reason maybe why the transfer is not happening. So he did what he could to transfer with the time I have remaining before I start work. I would have given a 1 on the first encounter because it is almost 20 hours of nothing with them, but because Carl was the only one who helped, I am giving a 4. I hope they will have a meeting about this and educate the previous tech on the importance of asking questions, and at the same time, being lazy

All in all a good experience. Was just left hanging at the end by Chris. Not a good way to end, But really am grateful to Gabe who set up my printer. Definitely appreciate that. And Nat & Gordon were very professional and helpful.

"Just What I Needed!"
I called GotYourBack Support, because I wasn't able to use my Epson ET-4800. I had called Epson and was told to download a driver and install it. That wasn't going to happen! Gus not only installed the needed driver but the driver for the scanner too!!! I love when somebody sees something else and they just fix it. I will be using GotYourBack support for a long time.
